I spend most of my time listening to music, no matter what I do. I listen to music while doing homework, studying, writing, even showering. Music has really taken over my life and that’s not a bad thing. I hope to make my own music in the future as well. I also like to play musical instruments such as the piano. I’ve been playing for five years now but there’s still so much to learn, there is still so much room for growth. I also know how to play the melodica, which is a much smaller piano but instead you blow into a tube for it to make sound. If you already know how to play piano, then you’ll know how to play the melodica. In fact, I think the melodica is easier to play than a piano. I like music a lot, but it’s surprising that I’ve only been to one concert in my life, which was back in February. It was for a band named ONEUS and I had so much fun for it being my first concert experience. I really like their music and the band as people, I was lucky enough to actually see them really up close that I could even make eye contact with them. Even before the concert while waiting in line, I was able to see one of the members who came to visit the people in line. That moment felt unreal and I was so taken back by how handsome he was in real life, because I’ve only ever seen this band through youtube videos. It’s definitely a moment I'll never forget. Soon I’ll be able to say I’ve been to two concerts in my life, this coming June 1st I’m seeing my favorite band of all time in Chicago at the Rosemont Theater, THE BOYZ. I’ve liked this band for two and a half years now and I’m so excited to finally see a concert of theirs. I’m not joking when I say they’re my favorite band of all time, not only do I really enjoy their music, but I really love them as people as well. Last week the tickets went on sale. I wanted to get seats in the pit section of the venue but I wasn’t fast enough. I was able to luckily get tickets for the front section of the venue. After the whole ticketing process was over I shed tears because of how happy I was to finally secure tickets to finally see them. Like I said, I’m not joking about them being my favorite band of all time… They are people I really look up to and they make me the happiest in life. This is that feeling of finally getting to meet your role model in real life. This was a huge tangent to what I was originally writing but this was just to show how important music is in my life…

A song I can play on piano!
